Diego Zelaya (b. 1990, Mexico City) is a Mexican painter whose work transforms the everyday through figurative scenes that feel both plausible and otherworldly. With a background in Fine Art from Cardiff Metropolitan University, his paintings evoke a mystical atmosphere influenced by Latin American literature and cinema.

Zelaya explores the relationship between thought, emotion, and image, creating a space where the visible and invisible collide. His work has been featured in national and international biennials and has been exhibited in galleries and museums in Mexico, the UK, the United States, and Spain.
