Born in 1993 in Mexico City.
Lives and works in Mexico City.
Since she was little, Paulina interested herself for plastic arts, a passion driven by her mother who motivated her to study Plastic Arts in the ENPEG “La Esmeralda”, where she started to develop topics related to customs and living rituals as an inhabitant of Mexico City, apart from taking back the “still life” and “portrait” styles to translate them in images that bring us closer to the daily practices in which we take part.
She is interested in a painting that talks about the things she knows of the city, with which she lives on a daily basis, whether they’re likable or not for the others. Things that aren’t found only Downtown, where all the important things are thought to be located, things such as the spaces taken to survive and that hold rituals and customs.
