Ángela Ferrari

b. 1990 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

Lives and works in Mexico City.

Holds a bachelor's degree in Painting from the National Art University in Buenos Aires and was awarded the ProyectArte Casa Escuela scholarship, the Formation scholarship granted by the National Arts Fund, the Travel Scholarship Oxenford, and the ABC Scholarship. In 2018 she was awarded the Scholarship for artists of the Artistic Research Center (CIA for its acronym in Spanish). In 2020 she made the Educative program SOMA in Mexico City. She made the residence of Lugar a Dudas in Cali, Colombia, and the Soma Sommer residence. She participated in the art fairs: FAMA (Monterrey), Salón Acme, and Material (CDMX). 

Her projects are polymorph, liquid and solid; they take the materiality that is convenient for them (whether it is painting, drawing, textile, sculpture, or installation), or they settle in words; they are literary, and they widen on the paper fiber of mere books. Sometimes they have dark
