What type of currency are the prices in?

All our prices are in USD. All prices include VAT.


What types of payment do you handle?

We accept payment by debit or credit card: American Express, Mastercard or Visa. If you would like to pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer, contact us: machete@machetegaleria.com


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to any destination. If the piece generates import costs, it is the responsibility of the customer.


How much is the shipping?

Shipping in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area is free.

Before making your payment, the shipping cost is automatically calculated and added to the final cost.

The cost of shipping depends on the destination address, measurements and weight of the package.


In how much time will my request be delivered?

Your order takes up to 72 hours to be processed and packed. It takes 2 to 3 business days to be delivered. In case of an international shipment, take into consideration customs and / or destination taxes.


How can I monitor my package?

With the guide number provided in the shipping confirmation email on the DHL website (www.dhl.com.mx) or at tel. 01 800 76 56 345.


Is there a way to see how the artwork of my interest would look on my wall?

What if my piece does not include the frame?

If you wish, we can frame the piece before shipment, send us an email to machete@machetegaleria.com to follow up.


What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Send us an email to machete@machetegaleria.com and we will follow up.


What does my shipment include?

Together with your artwork we give you a certificate of authenticity that validates the artist's authorship with his/her signature, ensuring that the artwork was created by him/her.
